MOTOR & DRIVETRAIN
The engine was purchased by the previous owner, but I received documentation showing that its an Agostino Racing Engines motor that was built in Pickering, Ontario and later installed by The Corvette Shop, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. The ARE L98 was bored and stoked to 396ci with a 9.01:1 compression ratio and was designed to run with power adders. It is currently fed by an ATI D-1 Procharger and a TNT 200-shot wet nitrous system. Fuel management is handled by a FAST XFI system.

SUSPENSION & BRAKES
EXTERIOR & BODY
To set the exterior apart from standard C4 Corvettes, a Shinoda-Mears full aero package will be added. Components include: front bumper, lower front valance, side panels, door caps, rocket panels and two piece rear bumper with spoiler.
The Shinoda-Mears Corvette body kit was tested by GM in their wind tunnel and they found that the aerodynamics were better than the regular production Corvette. Shinoda’s Corvette had a drag coefficient .30 vs .34 for the regular C4 Corvette.

INTERIOR & STEREO
The interior and safety systems are still a work in progress. The car has been fitted with a 6-point roll bar with swing out door bars. Corbeau race seats and 5-point harnesses will keep the driver and passenger in place. More to come!
